Pricing is automatic. Your tier follows the total number of homes in your association, so when your community grows past a threshold you simply move to the next tier — we tell you before the price changes, never after.
Pricing is based on the total number of homes/units in your association — not the number of active HOAlyst users. One subscription covers your association; homeowners do not purchase separate HOAlyst subscriptions.
