Delete your HOAlyst account

Your sign-in email, name, phone number and photo; your password and two-step verification; any Apple or Google sign-in linked to the account; your devices and notifications; and your HOAlyst AI conversations. You lose access to every association you belonged to. This cannot be undone.

Payments, charges, votes you cast and bookings you made stay in your association's records, because the association needs them to account for its money and decisions and is often required by law to keep them. They will show “Deleted account” instead of your name. Your home stays on the association's roll — deleting the app account does not change who owns the property or what is owed on it.

Sign in, then return to this page — or in the HOAlyst app, open Account and choose Delete account.

Can't sign in? Write to hello@hoalyst.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
